This is what I have written in ‘from the beginning to the end.’
Having knowledge of your breath is same as like the knowledge of yourself and knowledge of yourself is the knowledge of your life. Our last breath is our last day on earth. Through breathing, you are living in this universe. It makes your mind peace and sometimes it destroyed everything, then a person who is vertical on earth will get horizontal in the earth.
Oxygen helps brain to work in the right manner. Oxygen is the real source of energy for the brain. It can enhance the power of thinking. The brain, in particular, requires a lot of oxygen to function. If the brain does not get enough energy, it cannot properly code and process sensory information.
Eighty percent of oxygen is use by brain to process and the body uses rest of the oxygen.
Do breathing therapy regularly to enhance the power of thinking through which the performance of your brain will also increases. Meditation is the way to understand the knowledge within you and to relax your mind in the proper way.
Have you ever noticed your breathing moments? For instance, when you are agitated, your breath tends to get faster and shallow. When you are happy and peaceful, your breath becomes slower and deeper. This instance shows that the breath is the mirror of our mental state.
whenever you takes deep breath you would feel clam, relax and peaceful but when you are on the stage of negativity your breath tends to get higher and faster than you couldn’t able to take right decisions of your life.
Find out the inner process of breathing in the spiritual sense and feel your presence everywhere, think that you are everywhere. This will helps you to enjoy your uniqueness and after experienced this you would only get the positive results.
Breathing slowly and deeply can heal you more peacefully, which lead you to more spaces within your mind, heart, and soul.
